1. Do I need a BP&P reservation?
Yes! Please book online via your hotels reservation/booking page. You may also purchase a B-day vacation and then decide on the actual date of your Spa Day and Hotel Stay getaway later.2. What is included in the Birthday Pamper and PREP package?
A fun, relaxing overnight getaway for two or more along with one BPP 3 Day PREP Kit. Please see the hotels reservation/booking page for details in your B-day Guide.
3. How do gratuities work or are they included?
Gratuities are not included in your package. Customers often provide gratuities at their discretion to their hotel staff or spa staff as a “thank you” for a job well-done.
4. May I add other spa services?
Yes. You may contact the spas directly to reserve any additional spa services you may wish. Please call for the contact numbers.
5. What other activities are there to do in the area?
(See activities page) A number of activities are available. Please see the reservation/booking page for activities in the area.
6. Can I check-in to the hotel early?
Yes. You may check in one (1) hour early at no extra cost. If you would like to check in any earlier, often there would be an additional fee of $30. You may request this upon making your reservation but the cost would be your responsibility and would need to be paid in advance.
7. Is there late check-out available?
Yes. You may check out (1) hour late at no extra cost. If you would like to check out any later, often there would be an additional fee of $30. You may request this upon arriving at hotel or during your stay.
8. Are the accessible rooms available and how do I request one?
Yes. When you call to make your reservation please advise us and we will make sure to reserve an accessible room for you (availability may be limited on holiday weekend). Please book as far in advance as possible.
9. Is there an extra cost to bring my kids?
Often children 12 and under are free and any child 12 and above are $10 per person. (Room includes double occupancy) This vacation may have been purchased as a romantic getaway so please keep that in mind. Please check with your hotel as we have a special family BPP Experience link that may better suit a family with children. Please check your hotel when making reservations and an upgrade may be available. Otherwise, any additional guests will result in additional occupancy fees.
10. What If I can’t afford the Vacation Cost?
Not to worry. (see 6 ways to be able to afford her Birthday experience).
11. Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the BPP Experience date. Sorry, absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellations on day of Birthday Pamper & PREP experience, no matter how creative or legitimate.

How It Works:
- OPEN THE GUIDE: Follow the steps (view the power point or videos)
- BOOK IT: Book your hotel stay and Spa Day and organize her party using the BPP guide.
- GET THE GOODS: Give her our gift certificate to start your BPP package and pick up your 3 day survival kit in the mail or at the hotel if it’s one of our agreed on hotels.
- PACK THE RIDE: Pack for your trip and place the red survival kit in your RIDE when you get back. (unless it is already at the hotel)
- ENJOY A HOTEL STAY: Get away! Get a massage, go dancing, explore, go hiking, do something different—there is endless possibilities that you can choose from. (See Activities Page of the BPP Guide)
- WHEN YOU GET BACK: re-pack then return your overnight bag to the RIDE. Ex: Bring two toothbrushes…one wet goes in the house the other stays in the overnight bag Voila! You’re ready for your next getaway. Or…?
- EVEN BETTER: Through Constant Contact every month for a year you will be receiving free emailed Hotel Stay, Spa Day and Birthday tips, coupons, PREP advice, and more to help you plan your next Birthday!
- TELL OTHERS: If you enjoyed your getaway,please give us a review. Help us get the word out; you might even save a life. Refer someone who books a trip, and earn a $20 worth of PREP items, i.e. flashlights, tools etc!
